The Prep list for those I'm driving down to AX with and those I'll be rooming with. Since I'm pretty much the one making all the arrangements, I, the ever lovely bear, have put this together for my travel buddies.

Bascally, this is here to clear up any questions anyone may have about anything concerning the convention, getting there, staying there, and how things will carry out.
